Heartwood Gifts utilizes a secure and encrypted payment site through Paypal, a global leader in online payment solutions. All prices are in Canadian Dollars and all major credit cards are accepted. You are not required to have a Paypal account to pay. Upon receiving payment, your order will be shipped to you within 2 business days (unless otherwise notified).
We do our best to estimate shipping prices for our customers at the time of ordering. However, due to the many different sizes and weights of our products, and depending on the 'ship to' location, we may need to issue a separate Paypal invoice for the difference between the actual shipping cost and what was already charged. Alternatively, we may also issue a partial refund for shipping if we determine that the customer has overpaid.

Note: Product shipped outside of British Columbia is P.S.T. exempt. In addition, Heartwood Gifts does not include the G.S.T. (Goods and Services Tax) on any orders, as we are not a G.S.T. registered company.

We thank you for your business. Although all goods are quality inspected and appropriately packaged before leaving our premises, all goods are shipped at buyer's risk. Claims for damage must be made against transportation company within 5 days after receipt of goods. Any product discrepancies must be reported to Heartwood Gifts within 7 days after receipt of goods and returned within 30 days. All other returns must be made within 30 days and may be subject to a 15% restocking charge. No returns accepted without our written return authorization and it must include date and copy of original invoice. All return shipping is at the customer's expense. Special order items are not returnable.
