PICK UP: for those opting to pick up at our Surrey, BC location, a pick up option is available in the checkout. Once your order is ready, we'll contact you to coordinate a date and time.

- Free Shipping is offered as an option for Canadian* and Contiguous US destination orders exceeding $250 before tax. This service is offered through Chit Chats or netParcel - ground service 3 - 9 bus. days. Tracking incl. *Excludes Yukon, NWT and Nunavut.
- Due to increasing fraudulent activity, we verify ALL billing and shipping information. Orders with incorrect or suspicious details will not ship, and the credit card will be promptly refunded.
- Free shipping excludes wholesale and discounted orders.

RETURNS (must comply with above terms)
To initiate a return, log in to your account, locate the order via "Complete Orders" under My Account, and click Return Item(s). We'll email your refund once we've received and processed the return.
Product must be unused and returned within 30 calendar days of delivery. Adequate packaging is essential to avoid damage; refunds won't be issued for inadequately packaged items.
Custom laser engraved items, including custom signs, are non-returnable unless our error occurred.
User-caused damages are not eligible for return.
Discounted and special order items are non-returnable.
