Each Writer's Log is a masterpiece of fine leather and craftsmanship!  This notebook contains a book of 192 blank cream-colored pages and is 5.5" by 6.75" in size.

We are pleased to introduce Rustico, an artisan based manufacturer where each piece is unique and made by skilled hands bearing many years of experience. Their commitment to quality extends far beyond words on a page, and their attention to detail is unmatched in the industry of leather journals, beginning even before their initial product designs leave the drawing board.

Leather: All of Rustico's leather is purchased from tanners in the US. The leather they use is Top Grain Cowhide leather and, in most cases, is thicker than what others use. Working with thicker leather makes production more difficult, but the end result is a product that is very durable and which will not rip or tear with use and age.  The leathers is also designed to have a weathered and aged patina, and may have natural scars and other markings which adds to the natural appeal of your timeless piece.

Paper: The paper used is a thick-weight hand-torn deckled edge paper. In an effort to reduce their carbon footprint, Rustico uses either post consumer recycled paper or a cotton rag blended paper, both of which are excellent for all types of writing or drawing.
