~If you choose Canada Post regular mail (to Canadian destinations) at $2.75 (includes handling), please note this is the least we can ship for, but can not be held responsible if a package does not reach its destination. (We have never received a missing package report)
~Free shipping and shipping specials is always via most economical ground delivery (USA bound shipments may not include tracking #)
~Orders are shipped up to 2 business days after payment is received (if longer, you will be notified).
~We can not be held responsible for any Canada Post delivery descrepancies unless it is our input error (ie. late arrivals, mis-directed shipments, etc.). However, we will work diligently to ensure that any issues are rectified.
~For all orders shipped without tracking numbers (reg. mail, small packet surface/air), please note that all dates are approximate. Actual delivery times will depend how far the destination is, weather conditions, postal workers strikes, seasonal high traffic etc.
~Heartwood Gifts' carrier for online orders is Canada Post; however, we reserve the right to use other carriers when warranted.
~Canadian, American and/or International statutory holidays may add an extra day to delivery times.
~All applicable international duties and/or taxes above the prepaid invoice is the responsibility of the customer.
~We complete all necessary cross-border paperwork, but can not be held responsible for any international customs delays
No Hassle Return Policy
Product must be unused and arrive back to us within 30 calendar days after delivery has been made*. Goods to be returned must be properly packaged, as we can not issue a refund if your item arrives back damaged due to lack of, or inadequate packaging.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
*Clearance and Special order items are not returnable. Tiffany lamps and window panels are subject to a different set of return policies (see below).

Tiffany Product Damage and Return/Exchange Policy
We know that you'll love your new lamp, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, you must contact us by phone at 1-888-414-1722, or email (sales@heartwoodgifts.com) for an RMA # within 5 days for a refund or exchange. Returned merchandise (shipped at customer's expense) for reasons other than exchange, pick error, or damage may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Merchandise must be shipped back in its original package and arrive back undamaged.
Damage: Our lamps and window panels are fully secure, packed, insured and shipped via FEDEX, Canada Post, Canpar, or UPS (Heartwood Gifts covers all shipping and insurance to destinations within Canada and Continental USA). Your lamp will be packaged VERY well However, customers should still inspect the package when the shipment is received. If any visible damage is found on the box, make a note on the carrier's delivery paper. If any inner damage is found later, you must contact us within 6 business days (by phone 1-888-414-1722 or email at sales@heartwoodgifts.com), and we'll send you the instructions and replace the shipment. Failure to do so may forfeit your replacement.
Heartwood Gifts only covers the shipping on the first shipment. Shipping charges on exchanges will apply.
Free shipping offer on lamps and wall panels is exclusive to these items only. Other gift purchases must total $99 to qualify for free shipping.
