Now you can customize your own sign! Handmade by us at Heartwood Gifts from solid 3/4" wood, each sign is hand cut, laser engraved, hand painted, given a light to moderate distressing treatment, making it suitable for shabby chic or farmhouse style decors. Lastly, we add our signature rustic exposed wood edges. A sawtooth clip is also added onto the back, so it's ready to hang and enjoy.
Expect there to be certain natural imperfections - knots, nicks and/or pits in the wood. We also don't pre-make or keep inventory - each sign is made to order and will never be identical to another - this is the beauty of our handmade signs! The back of the sign will be unpainted.
The optional interior grade protective clear coating will prolong the life of your investment by adding an invisible barrier over the paint, sealing and protecting it from oily dirty fingers and moisture.

A Note About the Use of Images: We are more than happy to accommodate your own image as long as it is not subject to copyright laws. In addition, due to the laser engraving process we use, we can only accept images which are high resolution black outlines or silhouettes. A beautiful gift i cant wait to give!
I searched all over locally for someone who could custom make this sign as a gift to give my brother and could find none. Then I found Heartwood gifts online. I easily ordered the sign online then was emailed a proof to view before the sign was made. It was perfect and beautiful and reasonably priced. The sign arrived at my door in Ontario from BC 7 days later with a hand written note from the owner and I am thrilled!

WOW! What service!
I was absolutely delighted with the sign I ordered. It was great to talk to Curtis personally on the phone. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in helping me pick what style, size, font etc that would look best. The fact that he was able to send me a mock up picture helped immensely. Curtis had the sign done in very short order, and pick up was easy. I would definitely order through Curtis again, and have recommended him to many friends already.
