Effective August 19, 2026, a new U.S. tariff (Section 338) removes our product from CUSMA eligibility and adds a 50% duty on shipments from Canada to the U.S. It is for this reason we have paused all U.S.-bound shipments while we assess next steps. Collapsible Baskets are unaffected, as they ship from within the U.S.
Pick ups are welcome by appointment (select the pickup option at checkout), or save $5 on shipping with coupon code SHIP5 on a min $35CAD pre-tax & shipping order.
Looking for a wood sign that adds a personal touch to your home or makes a thoughtful gift? At Heartwood Gifts, we create handmade wood signs right here in Surrey, British Columbia, with designs for families, weddings, new babies, special occasions, and everyday home décor.
Each sign starts with durable birch plywood. Rather than applying vinyl lettering, we laser-engrave the words and artwork directly into the wood, then carefully hand-paint the details. It's a process that gives our signs their distinctive look and makes them different from many mass-produced alternatives.
Choose from our collection of family name signs, wedding and anniversary signs, scripture & inspirational sayings, nursery signs, and more. Many designs can be personalized with names, dates, colours, and other details to make them your own.
Have something specific in mind? We also offer create-your-own wood signs, giving you the opportunity to turn your own words or ideas into something meaningful.
Whether you're decorating your home, celebrating a milestone, or giving a gift, we hope you'll find a sign that's just right for the occasion.
